CSAE Policy
Our Commitment
BomBash has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in all its forms.
We are committed to maintaining a safe environment for all players, particularly minors. Any user found to be engaging in CSAE-related activities will be immediately removed from the platform and reported to the appropriate authorities.
Prohibited Content and Behavior
The following are strictly prohibited on BomBash:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) of any kind
- Sexual grooming, solicitation or exploitation of minors
- Predatory behavior targeting players under 18
- Sharing, distributing or facilitating any CSAE-related content
- Using the platform to arrange offline meetings with minors for exploitative purposes
- Impersonating minors or adults for the purpose of exploiting children
How to Report
If you witness or suspect any CSAE-related activity on BomBash:
- Use the in-game report button available on every player profile and match screen
- Send a detailed report to [email protected]
- Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Urgent cases are escalated immediately.
Moderation
- Automated detection systems monitor chat and user-generated content for prohibited patterns
- A dedicated human review team investigates all reports
- Accounts under investigation are suspended immediately pending review
- We retain evidence to support law enforcement investigations
Enforcement
- Permanent and irrevocable account ban
- Preservation of all relevant evidence
- Mandatory reporting to NCMEC CyberTipline and local authorities
- Full cooperation with law enforcement agencies
