1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BomBash (the 'Game'), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use the Game. Continued use after any changes to these terms indicates acceptance of the updated version.

3. Account

• To play, you may need to create an account using accurate and up-to-date information.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• Each person may only hold one active account. Duplicate accounts may be terminated.
• Do not share your account with others. Any activity performed using your credentials is your responsibility.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Using cheats, hacks, bots, or any third-party software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing, threatening, or insulting other players inside or outside the Game.
• Selling, buying, or transferring accounts to other parties.
• Exploiting bugs or system vulnerabilities. If you find one, report it to [email protected].
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying any part of the Game.
• Spreading false, misleading, or harmful content related to BomBash.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in BomBash, including graphics, characters, sounds, code, and design, is the property of JHN Company or its licensors. By using the Game, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

6. Virtual Items

• Coins, skins, characters, and other virtual items have no real-world value.
• We do not issue refunds for virtual items purchased, except where required by applicable law.
• JHN Company may modify, remove, or rebalance virtual items at any time.
• Virtual items are tied to your account and cannot be transferred to other accounts.

7. Suspension and Termination

JHN Company may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to the community.

• Serious violations, such as cheating or harassment, may result in a permanent ban.
• You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
• Upon account closure, you lose access to all virtual items and accumulated progress.

8. Limitation of Liability

BomBash is provided 'as is', without warranties of any kind.

• We do not guarantee continuous availability of the Game. Interruptions may occur for maintenance or technical reasons.
• JHN Company is not liable for loss of data, virtual items, or progress resulting from technical failures.
• Our total liability, in any case, is limited to the amount you paid in the last 30 days of use.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, the 'last updated' date at the top of this page will be revised. For significant changes, we will notify you by email or through an in-game notice. Continued use after notification indicates acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The parties agree that any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Sao Paulo, SP. The processing of personal data is subject to Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018).
